Gianluigi already did that a year or three ago. There has simply been no authoritative permission given to use the new one and 
eliminate the older ones.

I assume the first one I listed was authored by Benoît, and the second one actually states its author. Neither of them have said 
it was okay with them to go ahead and stop publishing their works.
