That's because the 'home:gambas:master' repository has Leap 15.6 specified as SLE (Suse Linux Enterprise) instead of openSUSE as 
it should be. For confirmation of this, see the download page:
https://software.opensuse.org//download.html?project=home%3Agambas%3Amaster&package=gambas3

When you are on the Gambas3 page you linked above, under Tumbleweed you can see the 'home:gambas:master' and 'home:munix9' 
repositories listed. Clicking on "home:munix9" and then on "Download package" will take you to the Munix9 download page. There 
you see Leap 15.6 correctly listed under openSUSE.

Back at the Gambas3 page, clicking on "home:gambas:master" and then "Download package" will NOT take you to the 'gambas:master' 
download page because the link is incorrect.
It is:
https://software.opensuse.org//download.html?project=home%3Agambas%3Amaster&package=gambas
but should be:
https://software.opensuse.org//download.html?project=home%3Agambas%3Amaster&package=gambas3
