[Gambas-user] GitLab "OSS program"

Hi,

I have finally successfully subscribed to the GitLab Open Source program 
(with the help of their technical support).

It changes nothing for us, it's just that now that GitLab CI is not free 
anymore, it allows me to continue to use it without spending money.

The subscription must be renewed each year, so that GitLab can check 
that the Gambas project still meet the criteria.
