[Gambas-user] Gambas setup compile and install script.

I've now put it on github in all it's naked glory :)
Ps. i hadn't tested it from scratch before first upload and found a bug in
the 'installing git' routing so fixed it.
it's running on a Raspberry PI4 with ubuntu 20 on it as we speak. (as far
as ./reconf-all so with far no errors)
