Oh, I definitely shouldn't have made it sound like what you wrote would
confirm my views, Jesus, because I think we assess the situation differently.
In my experience, yes, people will hold poorly written, publicly visible
code against the Gambas language when they're forced to.

You say mandatory indentation would shield Gambas against such shallow
judgements, or maybe you don't view them as shallow.  But from my ivory
tower, I think people are committing an error no matter what when they
link users' source code to the quality of the language or its runtime.
