the windows have not cross button ? (top right)

below it's normal as it is an on top windows... but you can move it
(alt+mouse (buttonleft down) slide) (it's an Xwindows beaviour)

try what i've say before ... i will try to see if we can put some
positioning limits at the creation for these windows.
