I am sorry for not explaining myself.
I have no interest in using that specific theme, which is then the default theme in the latest Mint 21.1, only I wished to point it out because if you use the stable, you see the icons colored, while if you use the master you see them gray.
Be clear that I have not changed the theme see attached images the first three are with the stable, the others with the master (as per the caption).

I hope I explained myself better.
