gambas3-devel-tools ? of course.. i just arges that cannot be gambas3-devel neither gambas3-dev

in debian and alpine, gambas3-devel-tools will then be a package that ensures the exclusive environment for BUILD and not the development environment, cos gambas3 itself is a development environment

BUT WE MUST PROVIDE PACKAGES FOR UPGRADE TRANSITIONS; by example dist upgrades in debian.. i dont know about others cos alpine still does not have gambas3 packaged..
