It's kinda the same thing,
official repositories should be set in the /etc/apt/sources.list file.
additional ones should be seperate source lists in /etc/apt/sources.d/

for it's ubuntu base type

Mint22.2 Zara should be ubuntu noble not jammy. It has not been jammy since
21.3 (Virginia) 4 versions ago.

if you are mint22 Zara then ALL references to ubuntu jammy repositories
should be removed.

My conclusion was you upgraded to Mint22 (zara, noble) but you still have a
mysql library source somewhere pointing to a jammy repository.
either in /etc/apt/sources.list or in a file in /etc/apt/sources.d/
So tracking that down and removing it or updating it should fix things.

Ah, due for a rebuild anyway  - a fresh start from the ground up may be
