Seeing your debugging session, I would say that either your compilation 
of gambas is broken, or either your GTK+ library, or either your entire 
system.

Indeed: tons of warning messages from 'gdb', hundred of sub-processes 
launched by the interpreter, then an infinite recursion in the gambas 
interpreter starting from a click on button, and then an infinite 
recursion inside 'libgtk-3.0'!

Which button did you click?
