You are right, qt6-webview should be on its own package, it's a mistake on my 
side, and i will fix this soon. Currently, it's a part of gb-qt6 package as 
qt5-webview was a part of gb-qt5 one.

So if you really need webview component for qt5, just install package set from 
openbuild, but it's a temporary solution.
