I'm the maintainer for the Archlinux package.

Webview component is not available anymore with qt5, because qt5 webengine 
package will be removed sooner or later from the repository.

From the qt5 webengine maintainer, webengine is not maintained upstream 
anymore, and is vulnerable. We have a qt6 component now, and should be 
prefered over qt5 one.

I don't think current kde rely on qt5 ? you should prefer gui component for an 
automatic component selection.
