With Gianluigi's time-saving help and with his permission, his original content at https://gambaswiki.org/wiki/doc/convnaming 
has been replaced with content that merges all three naming convention pages into a single document.

Except for the wording of each page's main header, giving credit for Benoît's work, removing the indexing from Gianluigi's 
document, and moving Gianluigi's first paragraph to the top of the new page, all the pages' content has been included verbatim. 
Each original page's content now has its own, indexed section.

If this is acceptable/approved, then we can remove the other two pages.

Otherwise, please let me know what and/or how it should be changed.
