I noticed the change in URL (same this time it seems) it's like it changes from the usual OBS server to another one ftp://gwdg.de <ftp://gwdg.de> like it's defaulting (fallback) to an invalid repository or something? I dunno , but certainly the last time we had this problem the url's changed to gwdg.de <http://gwdg.de> for a short time. then they returned to download.opensuse.org <http://download.opensuse.org> and worked again. I too recall that happening. Interestingly, gwdg.de hosts the third-party Packman repository for openSUSE. [https://en.opensuse.org/Additional_package_repositories#Packman] Perhaps OBS uses gwdg.de for hosting and somehow the actual URLs are being confused.
