I think we already have this problem, but with the stable packages (a 
difference between the hash of the files and the file contents).

I have no real idea why it occurs. Maybe an OBS bug.

Or maybe it occurs when a rebuild is triggered whereas there is no 
change in the source code? I don't know.

Let's see if it disappears next time the packages are regenerated this 
night.
