Hmm. It happens in my TB also ...

I just changed the "Sender:" header from

'Sender: "User" <user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>'

to

'Sender: <user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>'

Let's see if it's better.
