Re: Mail in Spam

Hi Gian,

sorry for the late answer. I was at the Linux Days in Chemnitz for a few days.

how can I communicate to my email provider (Ionos) that the emails
coming from the list are safe, now that the sender is the name and not
the list? I always have to look through the spam I receive hours later.
Yesterday the vuott mail ended up in spam and I would have avoided a
double request to Benoit.

The sender (in the headers) was always the list but with Mailman it was

Sender: "user-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

and now it is:

Sender: "User" <user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

So if you are able to whitelist you can try to do it with "user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx".

Alles Gute
