days.

The sender (in the headers) was always the list but with Mailman it was

Sender: "user-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

and now it is:

Sender: "User" <user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

So if you are able to whitelist you can try to do it with 
"user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx".
