Your provider refused to accept a mail from the mailinglist and instead 
answered with a bounce message. As the same happened too often on 
different days ('bounce_score_threshold' = 5) and there was not a pause 
of 7 days ('bounce_info_stale_after') between bounces you got this mail.

So please ask your provider why they bounce mail from 
<user at lists.gambas-basic.org>.
