[Gambas-user] qt does not compile on debian 10 (Astra linux)

How do you know it's based on Debian Buster? I have to ask because I just installed ALCE v2.12.46 in a VM, and the 'apt' version 
is 1.4.11 - where for Buster it should be 1.8.2.3 (https://packages.debian.org/buster/apt).
