Gian, you are a genius! I have just sent 17,324 emails back to them.

If I can stop giggling I may just be able to sneak into the bed beside 
"whatshername" and coax her over to the cold side!

By the way I hope it might amuse that the subjects of the emails were all "

Il tuo pollo è in fiamme e la signora è in fondo alla strada a far 
visita alla sua "amica"?,?
