No, but:

Picture[] adapts its result to dark themes.

Picture.Load() does not adapt its result to dark themes.

PictureBox now does not adapt its picture to dark themes, but was in the 
previous version. So you may have to save old forms again to force 
PictureBox not to adapt its picture.
