I suggest you entirely remove Gambas from your system (i.e. at least 
delete '/usr/lib/gambas3', '/usr/share/gambas3', '/usr/bin/gb*3' and 
'/usr/bin/gambas3*').

Then clone the git repository, recompile and reinstall everything from 
scratch.

And send me the full output of the reconf, configure, and install process.
