[Gambas-user] BSD gambas compile

this may have done the trick.. :)  (touch wood)

As per the instructions I've simply commented out line 35 of gbx_c_file.c
// #include <sys/sysmacros.h>
(Will this break things Ben?)

make has been running for ages (it's very slow on the VM)
