[Gambas-user] Fallback to 3.13 fail, ok since 3.14.2 coming, foolproof update-undo-thing

Hmmm... that is job of the operating system. But I think it is possible
anyway. Though I'm not sure you will find anyone willing to implement it.
I'm not sure what is going on, but I think the PPA does not offer old
versions. And thus no fallback.
