[Gambas-user] check 4 Gambas Runtime files?

umm the question in fact its  instersting if we are at user side!

maybe a bash/tch script qut run "gambas3" and confirm that returns the
version..

actually the hardinfo project checks if gambas are present and installed
correctly i the os
