[Gambas-user] Error in TextArea (GAmbas 3.5.3)

Hello all,

I have posted this under "Problem with TextArea in Gambas 3.5.3" but 
either it did not get through or I am the only one with this error...

When trying to erase a textarea.text with the command:

      TextArea1.text = ""

it does not work and it throws the Gtk-Critical error message:

    (Textarea:9381): Gtk-CRITICAL **: IA__gtk_text_buffer_set_text: 
assertion `text != NULL' failed

      Textarea1.clear

works, without a warning. Why?
