Yeah, I also disabled the gb.media component on Ubuntu 12.04, because
libgstreamer packages are missing.

libgmp-dev: I'm not sure, but works with version 4.3.2

libopenal-dev: Not work with version 1.11 (Lucid), and version 1.13
(Precise) is good

libalure-dev: the version 1.2 (Precise) will surely good

No, minimum version is 3.1.
