[Gambas-user] gb.xml.XMLDocument : How to set the root node?

How do I set the root node of the document?  I have an class that
returns the full XML tree required by the xsd as an XMLElement.  It is
to be used by another class that handles the transmission of the
document.

As far as I can see there is no way to change the root node from the
default "<xml></xml>" to what I need "<hb:offer ...>...</hb:offer>"?
