I've got 4.8.1, which is what's packaged in the latest Ubuntu LTS - the  
latest Qt is 4.8.2 - which sounds like a minor release, could the bug have  
been fixed there?

If there are issues like these, would it make sense for Gambas to be  
statically-linked to some dependency (for example in the LLVM case)?
