[Gambas-user] Screen Height question

I wish to display a picture box that fills the available height of the
screen.

Screen.AvailableHeight works if I have the tool bar at the bottom set to
auto hide.

How can I:-

1) Allow for the height of the tool bar if auto hide is not set
2) Set the tool bar to auto hide
