The ScriptBasic project recently ported ScriptBasic to Android Linux
(native) using the NDK. You can run ScriptBasic from a terminal
application. 

To run SB on a nonrooted device, you need to install scriba in
the /data/data/jackpal.androidterm (terminal app I use) You can change
the scriba to executable in that directory only. This directory also has
R/W privileges.
