Do you need it to look like a fisheye-style lens effect, or just 
box-zoom an area? If the latter this can be done easily in gb code. 
Creating the lens effect like in the video would probably have to be 
done manually with some algorithm.

I found some info here if you do need the fisheye effect:

The formulas are near the bottom, but I don't know if they're really 
helpful.
