[Gambas-user] Database manager

When starting using the database manager for the first time, I tried to 
login to my mysql server about 12 times, nothing happened, I thought, 
until in noticed that the treeview on the left was simple not visible. 
(ie at min width)

I remembered someone else was bitten by this flaw, maybe make sure the 
treeview is visible for first time users better?
(if you resize is the first time it remembers it, but the default width 
seems not ok)
