I looked back in the archives, and a couple months ago I was having 
the same problem; see below.  I think Gambasforge has been broken for 
a while and Fabien has been looking for a new host.  If he can hold 
out till I update the server that gambasdoc.org runs on, I should be 
able to host it for him.

I tried downloading a couple, and while they came down as .gz files 
instead of .bz2 files, they came down with zero bytes.  So it looks 
like the download script on gambasforge is broken.
