It's just a matter of editing the .po files as you wish, let it be nano, vim,
emacs, gtranslate, kbabel, or $whatever.

If you have write access to a SVN repository, you have the ability to "commit"
changes into the repository, as well as adding and deleting files (I don't know
if SVN has some Access Policy)

After you make your changes, just do a:

$ svn commit -m "My log message"

And your changes will be sent to the SVN repository.
