No, Suse doesn't install any Gambas version by default so if you didn't
do yourself, your system should be clean.
Instead, before start compiling Gambas check that your system satisfies
any requirement:
http://gambasdoc.org/help/readme

This step is very important to compile Gambas and all of its components
(rember that when you read that you need the XXXX package you also have
to install the correspondent XXX-devel package.
