if you give us what component miss to you ... it will be more simple

for kde it's kdebase-dev

libmysql-dev (mysql)
libpostgresql-dev
libcurl3-dev(for internet work)
libsdl-dev (all)
libpoppler-dev(for pdf)
bzlib
...
