I actually think the bigger problems with a Windows port will be 
in the compiler and native classes rather than the form stuff.  
The Windows port of Gtk+ is pretty stable, and the recent 
abstraction of the form stuff into the gb.form component will 
help a lot.

I think if someone got it working under cygwin it would be a good 
first step to eventually getting it running with mingw.  But 
it's probably beyond my skill level, as my Windows programming 
has been limited to VB and a bit of Delphi and C++.
