Which distribution do you use?
Actually I saw that in my Mandriva I have effectively 'libSDL_mixer.so' being
a link to 'libSDL_mixer-1.2.so'. And so for many other SDL libraries. But I
think this was not the case when I wrote the configure.ac file...
