Do you have a file called xmlwriter.h anywhere on your system, 
preferably somewhere in /usr/include under a subdirectory called 
libxml?  If not, is there any way in Red Hat to find a package 
based on a filename?  (in Mandrake, the command is called 
'urpmf' but I'm pretty sure it's Mandrake-specific.)
