No, because the structure is the following:

button --> Contains a "hbox" container --> Contains a "Picture" and a 
"Label"

|     Button                       |
|   |---------------------------|  |
|   |    HBox                   |  |
|   | |---------| |-----------| |  |
|   | | Picture | | Label     | |  |
|   | |---------| |-----------| |  |
|   |                           |  |
|   |---------------------------|  |
|                                  |
|----------------------------------|

That is, the HBox container always keep the Picture apart from the Label.
