I don't know how Pablo did it, but I have had some luck with 
Window.FullScreen and Window.TopOnly as far as preventing the 
user from doing anything but interacting with my app goes.  
Sucks when you have to debug though... good thing Benoit put in 
that Alt-Break keyboard shortcut ;)
