The look is good if javascript is enabled.  Thats not my case.

Personal I don't like sites so much that need javascript to show right.
Javascript should be used for functionality of the page and effects
to nice it up, but the page can be good with simple good written HTML.
Try to overview it without javascript during development, that way you
see what is going wrong with the layout.

Be happy, the website of my ISP with professionals is bad^10. :)
Lets first find out what is going wrong to reach the server.
The webspace I have in Germany is still available.
