In Debian, /usr/bin/moc is a link to /usr/share/qt3/bin/moc, which in 
turn is a link to /usr/bin/moc-qt3.

BTW, moc stands for "Meta Object Compiler"; "the moc reads one or more 
C++ class declarations from a C++ header or source file and generates 
one C++ source file containing meta object  information  for  the 
classes" (man moc).
