Data Architect is related to Rekall, but I don't think it's a 
straight superset.  I think it's aimed at a higher end market 
than MS Access, even though it's 40 bucks.

I also think something like DA could be written in Gambas without 
too much trouble, though I don't have that itch to scratch yet 
myself ;)
