I had several things in mind (example, getting system data)<br>
Seems most projects could be started read only, values only<br>
(the component simply offers read only properties to the app)<br>

Writing properties and various callbacks could then be added<br>
Depending on the needs of the particular component involved<br>
Is the example compilable as is, and what all is needed for that?<br>
