Dear Mr. Benoit Minisini:

I know people use both Chinese simplified, Chinese traditional and 
Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese. I'm not sure the reason. I 
guess use the first order just to make sure these two Chinese are 
together after sort. You can pick one.

Are you sure ? Because in English, adjectives come first.
