Apparently the problem occurs when you generate a package with the development IDE, for example 3.16 and then try to install this package on another computer that has a lower version of the ide, for example 3.15.
At the moment the solution is to develop the programs in the same version that exists in the repositories of the target system, if for example we want the package to work in debian 11 then the version of gambas ide shall be the same.
