I still don't see the problem: you have different themes and colors with Qt and GTK+, Gambas cannot do anything against that.

It seems that in the GTK+ dark theme, the icon colors are not automatically inverted, this is strange. But I'm not sure, the screenshot is too small.

Please describe exactly what is incorrect for you.
