I'm thinking a new gambas component, somthing like gb.gui.gb that will have controls that are non dependant of any toolkit widgets, hand written using Paint for more customizable (and reliable) text, borders, etc. The things that are hard to get looking right on all gui kits.
GBLabel for a start. And I've started what could be GBCheckBox?
